As a passionate explorer of graphic design, marketing, journalism, psychology, and more, I've grappled with finding my true career path. To delve deeper into various fields, I initiated a project that involves interviewing students and professionals. Through Career Compass, I strive to continue my learning journey while helping fellow multi-interested individuals discover their passions and inspire others along the way!

Since my early years, my passion for art and design composition has been an integral part of my identity. From the age of five, I immersed myself in the world of drawing and creation, channeling my artistic endeavors into both personal projects and academic assignments. Throughout my entire life, the thread of design has woven seamlessly through my experiences. Joining the CareerCompass project was a thrilling opportunity for me to merge my affection for graphic design, storytelling, and contribute to the realization of a dynamic career platform.

Driven by a deep curiosity about various career fields, Melanie Lee, founded Career Compass. To connect with a wider audience, she collaborated with her friend, Jena Lew, a skilled social media marketer with a shared interest in effective communication and human connection.
Together, Melanie, Jena, and Lilly combine their strengths to amplify Career Compass's impact. Their shared goal is to inspire individuals navigating their interests, empowering others to make a meaningful difference.
